About the Author
Micaela Ellis lives in Southern California with her parents, her little sister, her grandfather, two dogs and a cat. She was diagnosed with autism at the age of two and a half and has spent the past ten years learning, growing, and working to overcome the many challenges associated with this disorder. She is currently a middle-school student at a private school that specializes in educating children with unique learning profiles. Micaela enjoys reading, hiking, cooking, swimming, performing, hanging out with her friends and family and, of course, writing!
